Club S.E.A. Lounge – Sala Pergolesi, T1 Malpensa Airport – Milan, Italy

As we have the BMO MasterCard World Elite credit card we collect points for travel and we receive 4 vouchers for Lounge Access across hundreds of airports. We used the passes to visit the Club S.E.A – Sala Pergolesi, Malpensa Airport, Terminal 1 lounge. It was a bit of a walk to get to from our terminal but nonetheless, easy to find. It’s located up a escalator (no escalator going down so you will have to carry your luggage). The lounge personnel were easy to deal with and quick. We got seated and started to relax and eat.

The lounge itself was not that fancy but it was clean and wide open. Good when everyone is quiet and enjoying their time, not quite so good if there’s a loud person talking.

The food was decent as well. A good array of hot and cold dishes. Pastries, mini-sandwiches, muffins (technically pastries but had to mention muffins specifically). Drinks are a bit different as they are a shared style, the bottles are the size of 750ml so you pour what you want in a cup. The coffee was pretty good too from the machine, I think I had two mochas and one cappuccino!

The chairs are roomy and comfortable. Not as many tables to sit like a dining style, more of a lounge chair and eat while holding your plate up style. Worked for me, I’m not that picky.

Lastly, the washrooms were clean and private. Always a plus before a long flight!

Tip: It was a good 10 minute walk to get to the gate from the lounge. Plan ahead so that you don’t have to sprint to get to your plane.

Thanks
