Rogers Cup Tennis Tournament – Toronto, Ontario, Canada
We had a wonderful day being treated to the Roger’s Cup in Toronto! We were invited to the Rolex Box where we met great people, were fed all day and had some of the best seats in the house!
Of the matches, we got to see:
Caroline Wozniacki finished as the winner of her match and afterwards came up to meet us in the box. It was great meeting her and hearing her talk a bit. Even better for her, just a few months later she won her first Grand Slam in Australia, congrats Caroline!
As I’m just updating this blog, Caroline Wozniacki just announced her retirement. So sad to hear the news but wishing her all the best for her final tournament at the Australian Open in January, 2020. We will miss you Caroline!
Tip: As the tournament runs 9 days, the first two days of qualifying are completely free entry! Enjoy the first Saturday and Sunday of the tournament and bring the family for free events, giveaways and some great matches of players who didn’t quite make it in the main draw but are still ranked in the top 50 of the world.
