Hotel Review: The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm – 5 Star Hotel, The Food Is So Good! – Part 2
Suffice it to say, we were thoroughly enjoying our time at The St. Regis, The Palm in Dubai and we haven’t even begun to talk about the food!
There are two restaurants in the hotel on the 3rd floor, Ruya and Cordelia. Ruya serves Mediterranean cuisine while Cordelia is the main restaurant for the breakfast and serves International cuisine for dinner.
Although, not a full eatery, there’s also The St. Regis Bar. They do a champagne sabering every night and on some evenings they have live jazz music. We stayed one evening to enjoy the atmosphere, have a drink, and watch the guests dance.
Breakfast at Cordelia
Breakfast was the most unbelievable offering we have ever seen whether it was a hotel or a cruise ship. There was just so many choices, it was hard to choose just one from each station, never mind one of each from the same station.
If you thought breakfast was done, you’re mistaken. There’s still more as they will take your order for coffees made from their baristas. They’ll also prepare eggs for you whether it’s scrambled, sunny side up, omelets or even eggs benedict.
If you fancy tea instead of coffee, they have that too.
The St. Regis Bar
Every evening they have a champagne sabering, where they give a brief history on the art. On special evenings, they have singers and live jazz music.
Cordelia Restaurant & Bar Dinner
The St. Regis The Palm, was such a lovely area, we stayed a few nights to have dinner here. As beautiful and bright it was for breakfast, it was even more beautiful in the evening to have dinner. It was a like a completely different setting and ambience, much quieter and more intimate.
Lobby Snack Bar
In the lobby, they also have a snack bar which you get salmon croissant sandwiches (we got these a couple of times), desserts or your daily shot of caffeine. Shanon and Endang will certainly take care of your food and coffee cravings.
In Conclusion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The St. Regis, The Palm in Dubai. We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. The hotel was beautiful, the room, although not the largest was well appointed. The property, with the huge infinity pool, direct connection to Nakheel Mall, private transfer to KYMA Beach, fantastic restaurants, especially breakfast and the staff will make your stay one to remember. You will not be disappointed!
